VoiceSafe is an artificial intelligence platform designed to analyze voice recordings and detect potential fraud, scams, impersonation attempts, and synthetic voices.
The service provides analysis results for informational purposes only. VoiceSafe does not guarantee accuracy and should not be used as the sole basis for legal or financial decisions.
You agree not to use VoiceSafe for:
• Illegal surveillance
• Harassment or stalking
• Unauthorized recording analysis
• Violating privacy laws
• Reverse engineering the system
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload and analyze any audio files submitted to the platform.
VoiceSafe is not responsible for misuse of uploaded audio or analysis results.
Uploaded audio may be temporarily processed to perform analysis. Files may be deleted automatically after processing.
VoiceSafe may store anonymized metadata for research and security purposes.
VoiceSafe uses machine learning models to estimate fraud risk. These results are probabilistic and may contain errors.
VoiceSafe does not replace law enforcement, legal advice, or professional investigation.
Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, billing cadence, and included features are shown at checkout or in your account area. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal or by contacting hello@voicesafe.ai.
You represent that you have the right to upload, analyze, or record any audio you submit to VoiceSafe. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, consent requirements, workplace rules, and privacy obligations in the jurisdictions relevant to you and the recording.
VoiceSafe provides an AI-assisted risk review. Results are probabilistic, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not a substitute for emergency services, law enforcement, legal advice, professional investigation, identity verification, or financial advice. Always verify through an independent trusted contact method before sending money, codes, credentials, or sensitive information.

VoiceSafe services may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
All software, models, branding, and intellectual property related to VoiceSafe remain the property of VoiceSafe.

VoiceSafe shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of the service.
Use of the service is at your own risk.
